| East Noble School Corp. honored the top 13 graduating students in the class of 2009 at Monday night’s third annual Roots and Wings dinner at the Four County Area Vocational Cooperative Dowling Street campus.
Each of the seniors invited the teacher who had the greatest influence on their K-12 educational experience as well as their parents.
